What success looks like:
Contact incoming leads (no ‘cold’ calling) within 24 hours via telephone to consult them about Crimson’s products
Qualify the leads in line with sales processes and hand them over to the sales team.
Update the record of the leads in the CRM system on a daily basis.
Participate in Crimson’s outreach activities and events (e.g. education expos and presentations)
Collate weekly reports in an accurate and concise manner for the marketing team.
Continuously improve sales techniques, processes and enhance industry knowledge.
Carry out other duties to support the sales & marketing teams.
Higher education: completed or in progress
Fluent command of the Azerbaijani and Russian languages. Advanced level of English is desirable.
Confident making a lot of telephone calls; strong communication skills;
Advanced PC user: Excel / Google Sheets, CRM systems, Slack, email.
Well organized, result oriented, stress resistant, attentive to details.
Previous work experience in the education industry is advantageous.
