Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications;

Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements;

Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.;

Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule;

Network and build contacts to source candidates better in the future;

Develops and administers various human resources plans and procedures for all personnel;

Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, career development, disciplinary actions);

Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation for line managers and ensure compliance to aforementioned.

Work following company policy and standards.

Namizəd üçün tələblər:

A bachelor’s degree in relevant field

Minimum 5 years of experience with recruitment processes and databases

The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies

Excellent communication skills

Good interpersonal skills

Good decision-making skills
