Key Role:
The HR Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Responsibility & Objectives:
Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organisation’s human resource and talent strategy as it relates to current & future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
Provides support and guidance to department managers, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; allegations, terminations, etc.
Manages the talent acquisition process along with department managers, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring, onboarding of qualified applicants, particularly for managerial & professional roles;
Analyses trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees, manages annual appraisals, training matrix, etc.
Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Create sustainable workforce, ensuring latest trends in employee vitality are implemented creating optimum work-life balance and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Define organisation structure that that drives productivity, develop effective coordination and communication within the organization, dedicate time to finding the right staff and developing their skills base, embrace wider societal and ethical developments.

Working Conditions: Office environment, 8-hour working day (09:00 – 18:00), Monday to Friday, Lunch break: 12:00 – 13:00 or 13:00 – 14:00
