Here are the qualifications and experience we’re looking for:

Windows Server:
Installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows Servers.
(Active Directory, Group policy, Configuring and managing server roles and features (e.g. file and print services, DNS, DHCP, etc.))

Networks:
Understanding of network protocols and topologies
Ability to troubleshoot network issues
Familiarity with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.)

Experience working in IT helpdesk or similar role:
Responding to user requests and resolving technical issues
Providing technical support for software and hardware issues
Documenting issues and solutions in a helpdesk ticketing system
